His expertise on the packaging of the programs as par with the requirements of the guests / visitors has led him the successful person in the tourism industry. His all this efforts in the tourism industry is helping to lead his company, Sahara Holidays Nepal Treks and Expedition P. Ltd as a fastest growing company in Nepalese Tourism Industry.

Besides business, Mr. Adhikari is interested travelling new places around the world and generates new ideas and concept which can be fruitful for developing tourism and uplifting the industry. He is also the member of Lions Club International. He is also active member of most of the tourist association of Nepal including NATA, TAAN.
